In an age of rapid climate change, it’s important for our society to have good stewards of the land. If you’re up for the challenge, then this certificate is a great fit for you. By taking relevant courses – including grassland plant identification, grassland monitoring & assessment, and grassland ecology – you’ll be ready to tackle many environmental issues such as overgrazing, undesirable botanical composition shifts, and water quality degradation. Interested in a Master of Science degree? The courses in the certificate can be applied toward a master’s degree!
Great Plains AG*IDEA Program
We are able to offer this certificate through our partnership with Kansas State University, North Dakota State University, Oklahoma State University, and South Dakota State University via the Great Plains AG*IDEA program.
