Description: This online module is ideal for learners in agronomy, seed, agribusiness, and other agriculture professions who desire a basic understanding of how genetics is applied to plant improvement or those who want to gain more knowledge in plant breeding. This module will present the goals for plant improvement and how plant breeders apply theories and methods to make genetic improvements.

Prerequisites: A previous genetics course is strongly recommended.
